Dr Adam Mahoney PhD, C.Psychol, PgCer CBT, MSc, MSW, MA

Adam has 20 years of applied psychological experience working with a wide variety of client groups. He has worked extensively across a range of different offending behaviour programmes in the Scottish Prison Service. Adam's experience includes working as a Psychology Manager for over 10 years with complex and challenging offenders in the female prison estate. During this time Adam developed a comprehensive clinical practice that included various trauma informed therapeutic approaches. Adam is also experienced in the use and interpretation of a number of structured psychological assessment procedures including those for risk and interpersonal trauma.

As an academic Adam lectures in forensic and applied psychology at Glasgow Caledonian University. A list of Adam's previous and current publications are available from the university website.
