After graduating from the University of Nottingham with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honours in Ancient History, Emily went on to achieve a First Class Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology through the Open University. She later went on to achieve a Master of Science Degree in Applied Forensic Psychology at the prestigious University of York in 2008.
Emily started her career within the forensic field in 2002; working with Cambridgeshire Police. She went on to gain considerable experience of assessing and treating a wide range of High Risk Offenders within Her Majesty's Prison Service; providing Treatment Management and intervention services for some of the key Accredited Offending Behaviour Programmes; including the FOCUS substance misuse programme and the CALM emotion management intervention.
Emily joined Psychological Services Uk Ltd in January 2009. Her specialist areas include Substance Misuse / Dependency, Emotional Management and Violent Offending. She is trained in the administration and interpretation of a diverse range of Psychological Assessment tools for use with both adult male and female, and juvenile populations.
Emily is a Chartered Psychologist and HCPC Registered Forensic Psychologist.
